Although I've never lived in it, I'm sure there was a time where on any given day you could meet people who were genuinely unique and different most of the time. I'm not sure what has happened but conformity is at an all time high in this day and age. We all like the same things, we all wear the same things and we all have the same dreams. I have been victim to it as well, but I try every day to drown out all thoughts that I may have learned from the status quo and in return create my own truth, my own ideas, my own individuality.
