Gentlemen's Choice: The Women

Celebrity women in general are highly attractive women, to narrow it down to a few is something no one should ever be forced to attempt(Wink Wink!). However this list of 5 compiled is the favorites among gentlemen in America.

5. Kerry Washington
Kerry Washington is all sorts of hot, always has been and always will. But now all of a sudden with her recent success on the sliverscreen(DJANGO) and her primetime television hit "Scandal" everyone is beginning to notice what a beauty she truly is.

4. Eva Mendes
Septimiu Evamendes You May Lo Vogue
I have never heard a human being on the planet say that they didnt not like Eva Mendes. Simply put she is a consensus pick over the years for sheer hotness.

3. Sofia Vergara
Maybe its her accent, maybe its her curves. Whatever it is Sofia Vergara provokes alot of strong emotions out of men.

2. Natalie Portman
There is a certain hotness associated with Natalie Portman that you can only describe as a gift from a source higher than ourselves. She is smoking hot and at the age of 31 will only get better... Like a wine.

1. Beyonce'
I mean... Who else would it be?

College Guys Guide To: A Romantic Evening

OK guys I'm sure if you are anything like me then you often think about if you were to invite a girl over who you are really interested in then how could you pull off a wonderful romantic evening. Well I saved you some of the trouble and formulated my idea of what a romantic evening at your place could be like. Lets Begin.

Ok first thing is first, if you don't live by yourself then make sure that you can get your roommates out of the place. If this is truly to be a romantic night then there should be no interruptions. Once you have gotten that covered then make sure you CLEAN UP!, most of us hate doing things like this but to fully impress her you must have a clean living space.

After you have cleaned up the house its your turn to get cleaned. Make sure your grooming is near flawless, seriously guys romanticism is submersed in fantasy. This entire experience should be a stimulation of her senses, how you look and what you smell like is key. Where something casual but nice, and put on your finest cologne. Not too much cologne by the way, it has to be subtle. Subtle is sexy because it doesn't come off as trying too hard.

Now this is where the fun comes in at, you are wondering what to cook and what to drink. The key is to make a dinner that isn't too heavy and to drink something that isn't too strong that you cant sip on it all night.
My go to dinner in this case is T.A.Q. (Tilapia, Asparagus, and Quinoa). This is a light and tasty meal so that you can give her a little dinner but not so much that she it too full and uncomfortable. As far as drinks are concerned lets try to keep it classy, you don't want her sloppy drunk throwing up on your couch. This should be a smooth night so pick something that you both can drink all night and not get too sloppy. My go to drink in this case would be either Moet & Chandon Imperial Rose, Italian Amarone Wine ( Brand of your choice) or Gin & Tonic. Either of these drinks along with a light meal will be the perfect precursor to the night.

Finally, I'm sure you are wondering "OK how will I entertain her". Well this is the best part of the night, this is where your gentlemanly skills shall be put to the test. I'm sure a few of you may be thinking about popping in a chick flick and seeing where the night takes you after a few drinks. I'll say to you that you are batshit crazy. Don't you ever, ever, ever pop that movie in. One of the things you learn as a gentlemen is that the best tool at your disposal is your conversation, use it. Engage her, find out about her likes, dislikes, her future, what she loves, if she likes animals, her favorite color etc. Then tell her about yourself, without coming off as cocky or obnoxious. Be vulnerable, but not soft. Don't make this night typical, make this night magical and you will reap the benefits of a great romantic evening.

Hope this was helpful, Until next time.

The Watches

Finding a good watch as a young gentlemen is a relatively interesting task. A lot of us don't know where to look for good watches and what brands would truly appeal to our style. Here in no particular order(other than price) I have assembled a few watches and brands to help fellow young gentlemen on their journey to finding a good watch.

Bulova Men's Essential Strap
($150)

Classic looking watch with a classic leather band. This watch comes at a great price and goes with many styles.

Boss Black Round Letter Strap
($195)

The Boss leather strap may be one of my favorite watches. I am really into the classic leather strap look and this is exactly that.

Citzen Eco Drive Black Stainless Steel
($259)

The Eco Drive is a beauty of a watch. If you are looking for a cool, sort of expensive watch and you have never had one this is a good start. This watch meshes well with most of what you wear on a daily bases, this can also be worn with a suit.

Casio Edifice Red Bull Limited Edition
($330)

The Edifice is just a cool watch, if you can ever get your hands on one please do so. This is perfect for casual wear.

Tissot Courtier
($400)

The Tissot Courtier is affordable luxury, and the most versatile watch of the list.

Bell & Ross Commando BR 01-94
($5,792)

I had to throw this lust worthy gem into the conversation. Most of us may not be able to afford a Bell & Ross watch just yet but you should start getting familiar with brand. This is a sporty and sleek watch that goes with casual wear.

College Guys Guide To Not Being A Creep On Facebook

Good lord, I tell you this is one of the things that just doesn't sit well with me about social networking. Facebook has become a creepers dream and a girls nightmare. Worst part about it is some of you don't even know that you are Facebook creeping. Nowadays I'm seeing more and more flagrant acts of  Facebook creeping and I felt it was the right time to address it. Here are the top ways to avoid obtaining the dreaded label of Facebook creep.

Add New Girls To A Minimum
Some of you are adding Facebook friends left and right. Try to keep this at a minimum because you must remember you don't know most of these girls. You should be just as weary about adding anyone to your page as the girl is.

No Picture Hunting
Listen, If you have went past the one month maybe two month mark on her pictures than you are creeping, and creeping hard. There is no reason to be snooping around in some girl who you don't know picture albums. If you have done it and you have any dignity never do it again.

No Obscene Statuses
This may be the easiest way for a girl to verify a creep on Facebook before he does anything creepy. Do not post statuses about sex or some kind of lewd behavior. This isn't impressive and you will be placed on the creep list immediately.

No Messages
Let me preface this comment by saying that this past week I have messaged girls I normally wouldn't, but I spoke to them strictly about business and left it at that. Messaging is weak and takes away from actually talking to the girl (yea talking to girls still exist). The easiest way guys screw up is messaging a girl you have never met some extremely creepy messages insinuating sex or how pretty a girl is. This makes ladies extremely uncomfortable and kills any chances you ever could have had with her.

NEVER LIKE A PHOTO!
Please guys, for me. Never like a girls Facebook photo, you are apart of the problem with these girls taking a ridiculous amount of pictures in the first place. Never, ever, ever like a girls photo, for no reason. Try it for a week and tell me how you feel. We could save the planet if guys stopped liking photos. These girls would see that we don't want them to be taking sexy photos all day and we would much rather see them doing something of more importance with  their lives thus making a better woman.

In conclusion, I need all creepers to retire. I urge every male reading this to take a stand, no matter how hot you think she is try to not like one photo for a week. Try not to send out flirting messages. Try not to add any girls. You will be surprise how great you feel in the end.

College Guys Guide To Premium Vodka

When you are in college the first alcoholic beverage you are introduced to most likely is vodka, the qualities may vary. Vodka seems to be the most popular of the spirits among young adults all over the country even though many of us don't really know what are the best vodkas out there. Today a bring to you the College Guys Guide To Premium Vodka.

SOBIESKI($14)
POLAND

I was introduced to this by a good friend of mine, if you are gonna buy cheap vodka then buy good cheap vodka. Hands down this is the undisputed champion of the cheap vodka, if you are looking for cheap quality vodka and you buy anything else you are cheating yourself.

ABSOLUT($26)
SWEDEN

Absolut is one of those vodkas with a good name a unique taste. With so many flavors to choose from and a reasonable price this is definitely a good choice.

FINLANDIA($20)
FINLAND

If you put Finlandia in any other high quality vodkas bottle you wont be able to tell the difference. Seriously this a gem and those who drink it understand that I'm giving away a secret. If you don't want to spend alot of money and still want great vodka this should be primary brand you look to.

GREY GOOSE($35)
FRANCE

Grey Goose is very popular in college circles. This vodka is extremely smooth and capable to mix with anything. Grey Goose is the vodka you purchase for a fun night out on the town.

BELVEDERE($35)
POLAND
Belvedere is money well spent. This is a great vodka and is one of the top shelf vodkas in all of the world. This vodka mixes really although with top shelf vodkas you shouldn't really be mixing them. If you are a connoisseur of good vodka this is a must.

CIROC($45)
FRANCE

This is my be the most popular vodka in america to date. Ciroc is like the pretty girl and college that everyone wants to hook up with. This vodka is incredibly smooth and at 5 times distilled you cant even taste the alcohol taste that vodkas are famous for. Great choice for any kind of night.

CHOPIN($30)
POLAND

This is as good as it gets. Chopin which is pronounced SHO-PEN was a very close number one with Belvedere. This vodka just flat out has the best taste and the most crisp flavors you will find, it is also very easy to mix. If you want to know what the best tastes like then you should definitely give this a try.

So next time you go out try one of these fine brands and let me know what you think.

College Guys Guide To Wine

Wine is a special thing to me. There is truly so many choices, I often find myself discovering new wines all the time. Wine has the most variations of all alcoholic beverages so really understanding its greatness could take some time. For college guys most of us hardly drink wine, if ever. Knowing your way around a good wine could bring a bit of spice to your life and impress the ladies. Here's the starters guide to good wine.

Barefoot White Zinfandel ($8)
Origin: United States

Americans love the barefoot brand. Usually for your first time drinking a wine as an American it is made by Barefoot or Yellowtail. White Zinfandel is one of the most famous among the brand and it is also delicious. Perfect start up wine.

La Vieille Ferme Rouge ($9)
Origin: France

Don't be afraid of red wine. I run across people often who hate the taste of red wine and prefer the fruity taste usually associated  with white wine. Kick start your red win experience with this bottle right here, for 9 dollars this is as good as it gets.

Anything Yellowtail ($7-16)
Origin: United States

Like I said before about Barefoot, these two wine brands are staples in the average American consumers list. Honestly for a beginner you cant go wrong with any of them.

Bohemian Highway ($10)
Origin: United States

My affinity with red wine runs deep. Real deep. In my opinion the best kind of wine you will find is Merlot. For beginners Bohemian Highway makes a good Merlot  The taste of this wine for being under 15 dollars is special, this is something you must have.

Trapiche Oak Cask Malbec($15)
Origin: Argentina

If you want to taste a wine full of flavor for a reasonable price(under 15 dollars) this is very, very good.  The taste is rich and full of flavor, this is a must on your journey of wine.

Thank you, hope this has been helpful.

College Guys Guide To Fine Cognac

OK fellas, lets take it up a notch. What you must know is that a good appreciation for cognac, not just any cognac but "fine cognac" is one of the rites of passage to becoming a bonafide smooth gentleman. Now this drink may not be an every weekend type of thing, but with these in your arsenal and in the right setting you are sure to catch the eyes of all the right people.(ahem, ladies)

E&J Brandy $21
This is where you start. This is where the game begins, if you are unfamiliar with this Cognac then let this be your stepping stone. Like in my previous post about champagne involving the terminology( Champagne and Sparkling Wine), only brands made in France can be considered a true Cognac. Brands made anywhere else on earth are called Brandy. Great quality. Great taste.

Courvoisier VS & Martel VS $35
Courvoisier and Martel are the next step up. As far as taste they are pretty much the same and as far as price they are exactly the same. These two cognacs are where you become an apprentice.

Remy Martin Mature Cask VSOP $48
Now its time to come out and play. This is one of the best tasting drinks I've ever had. Like I said before this isn't an every weekend drink and its pricing shows that. But, this is a drink for a small gathering of friends or maybe an intimate night at your apartment over dinner with a lady. Either way this is a good way to amaze a few people.

Hennessy Fine De Cognac $51
Ok let me start by saying this... The fact that this is 51 bucks is robbery. This cognac is exquisite, it tastes so impressive I had to check the price tag again after I bought it. The name of the cognac is "Fine" for a reason, this is all that and then some. Once you get here you are ready for your masters course, Hennessy Fine De Cognac is where you become a man.

Hope this was helpful, until next time.

JUST IN CASE...
Just in case you were wondering I broke down all of the Cognac lingo for you. Indulge.

Cognac: Cognac comes from France. Although other brands may be similar in taste there is only one place cognac is made.

Brandy: Anywhere else this kind of drink is made is considered a brandy.

VS: Very Special. Aged about 2 years
VSOP: Very Special Old Pale. Aged about 4 years
XO: Extra Old. Aged at least 6 but upwards to 20 years

NOTE! There are cognacs aged longer than this. For Example, Remy Martin Louis XII is aged up to 100 years. If you want more extensive research then comment and let me know.

College Guys Guide To Champagne

If you are in college and never have had champagne before then no worries I got you covered. There is nothing like the expression you see on peoples face at a party when you pop the cork on a bottle of champagne while everyone else is drinking beer. The truth of the matter is that champagne is a symbolic drink in popular culture, it symbolizes celebration, sophistication, and fun. Champagne can also help you get the girls.... but that's for another time. Here are the top 5 champagnes for the college guy.

5. ANDRE( Approx 10$)
Andre may be the perfect beginners champagne. The cost is low for the money conscious, and the taste is great and doesn't take a champagne aficionado to appreciate.

4. BAREFOOT EXTRA DRY(Approx 9$)
Barefoot is a well known brand in college circles. This company also produces a quality wine. In regards to taste this is just a step or two up from the Andre brand. The price is similar and its a good bang for your buck.

3. BALLATORE(Approx 11$)
The first thing you may notice about this is that it is referred to as "sparkling wine". Thats because Champagne comes exclusively from the region of France. Champagne is also a sparkling wine but only brands that come from France can truly be considered a champagne. Essentially they are the same just varying in quality and region. With that said this brand may be the cheapest and best tasting you will find anywhere. If you try this one first you will not be disappointed.

2. MOET & CHANDON IMPERIAL (Approx 38-50$)
This is where it gets fun. You have graduated from the beginner brands and have acquired a certain thirst for excellence. This champagne will instantly make you the toast of the town. The price may be a bit steep for a college student so this may be only for special occasions but the taste is exquisite.

1. VEUVE CLICQUOT BRUT (Approx 50-60$)
There is none higher than this. This is the cheapest kind of this prestigious brand and it is nothing short of sheer excellence. The taste is perfect, for its price this is perfection. As a college guy if you show up with this to a party or if you treat a nice young lady out to a date and order this.... Angels will applaud you from heaven.
